Casa
Ocotillo Welcomes Your
Well-Behaved Pet
Friendly,
well-behaved dogs are always welcome. A well-behaved pet is an
animal that doesn’t bite or growl at other guests and is not
aggressive to other dogs, doesn’t chew furniture or bed linens,
and doesn’t disturb other guests by barking when his or her
parents are out to dinner or at the clubs. If your pet barks
continuously when left alone, disturbing other guests when you
leave the property, your dog may not be left unattended in the
room.
We do require
pet parents to notify us, in advance, that they will be
traveling with their special family member. Please let us know
at the time you make your reservation if you will have a pet
with you. We will make all efforts to accommodate your pet
subject to availability.
There is an
additional charge of $10 per night per pet.
A pet
agreement must be signed by the pet parent that assumes
liability for damage their pet may cause to the room or grounds
and parents agree to clean up after their pet.
For the
comfort and safety of all of our guests, and your pet’s safety,
we require that you ALWAYS keep your pet on a leash when it is
outside of your room in the common areas. Our Bungalows have
direct access into a secured 56 ft fenced area with citrus trees
for shade to walk and exercise your pet. Pets are not to be left
unsupervised in this area. (See
Fenced Area)
Under no
circumstances are any pets allowed in the swimming pool at any
time.
We will
provide an extra bed throw to be placed on top of the bed at all
times.
We have bowls
and crates available for your pet’s use.

Maggie
May 9, 1995 - February 27, 2008

It is with great sadness that we announce
the passing of Maggie from her place on this earth. She is now
free to chase bunnies with her brother Rhett. Maggie was our
"Concierge that would not break a nail" and was known with love
and affection by the hundreds and hundreds of guests that she
attended to in her long career at Casa de Mis Padres in Phoenix,
and here at Casa Ocotillo in Palm Springs.
Have a good journey Maggie. We love you and
Miss you.
