A two night minimum stay is
required and a longer stay is required on certain holidays and
special events (click

Rates shown
do not include the Palms Springs Transient Occupancy Tax of
11.5%. The TOT does not apply to stays of 29 consecutive days or
longer.
Special
prices and minimum stays may apply to some holidays and special
events.
Our catered lunch can be
ordered on any stay for $10 per person. Should you want
to order lunch, orders must go in by 10:30 am that day. Please inquire.
Rates are
subject to change without notice; however, all reservations will
be honored at the rates quoted at the time of reservation. Check-in
time is after 3pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you
need to check in or out at different times special arrangements
can be made with prior notice. We request that all guests inform us in
advance of your anticipated time of arrival. You can extend your
stay or Check-out time until 5pm for an additional $50 per room
(subject to availability).
Hopefully,
you have selected Casa Ocotillo because we are not a
hotel. We promise that you will not be
disappointed in your choice. Unlike a traditional hotel, we do
not have a 24-hour front desk. This makes it necessary to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO
CHECK-IN so that we can begin your experience here at the
"casa" with our personal welcome and tour of the property. If
you receive your reservation and there is no check-in time
indicated, please call us in advance to schedule a check-in
appointment. If you have made and appointment and that time is
going to change significantly, please call us so that we can
adjust our schedules.
We will do
our best to accommodate your special travel plans with either
early or late check-ins. Please inquire about availability at
the time you make your reservation.
Smoking is
allowed anywhere outside, but not inside the Casa. Sorry, but we
are not set-up to accommodate children.
We
reserve the right to make substitutions with no additional
charge for higher rate accommodations. Whenever possible we will
contact our guests to notify them if a change is needed.
It is our
policy to request a deposit of 50% of the total stay at the time
of reservation. We require the deposit be made by a valid credit card
in order to guarantee your reservation. For your convenience, we
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit
cards and debit cards. Upon arrival, we request payment for the
balance of your stay at Casa Ocotillo be made by credit card,
cash, personal or business check. If your plans change,
requiring you to check out before your confirmed departure date,
payment will not be refunded.
There will
be a $50 charge for a lost key or gate opener not returned at

We will make every effort to make your stay comfortable and
enjoyable. If you need special attention, extra blankets or
pillows, directions to and reservations at a local restaurant,
booking a massage, or information on local entertainment venues,
we will be happy to assist you..

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations
affect us greatly and we must adhere to a strict cancellation
policy. A reservation may be changed or cancelled up to 14 days
prior to your scheduled arrival date. For reservations during
Holidays and special events, a reservation may be changed or
cancelled up to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If
a last-minute cancellation is necessary, a refund of your
deposit will be made only if we can re-book the space for the
dates you reserved.
